Returns Policy

Oz Vents Co can only accept returns of products that have not been installed on a roof or structure. Oz Vents Co will accept returns within 7 days of purchase if the product has not been installed or altered in any way. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns after 7 days from the date of purchase. 

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

Oz Vents Co accepts returns for items that have a minor or major problem in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Oz Vents Co may repair, replace or issue a refund at our discretion. Oz Vents Co does not accept returns for change of mind.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please email Oz Vents Co at contact@ozventsco.com.au to receive product returns instructions. 

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return and our decision to repair, replace or refund your item. 

 

If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

 

If you haven’t received a refund, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

 

If you’ve done all of the above and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@ozventsco.com.au

 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

 

Oz Vents Co only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you have received a defective or damaged item and need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@ozventsco.com.au. We will email instructions on how to return your product. 

 

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
